Any product once purchased won’t be returned, it can only be exchanged.
You can exchange the product in case the size you ordered doesn’t fit.
In which case a smaller or a larger size can be provided.
In case you need to exchange a certain product, please refer to our terms of exchange.
Terms of Exchange
• You can request to exchange a purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The purchased product will only be eligible for an exchange if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
• Only the undamaged product without holes or stains will be eligible for exchange.
• If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo. While exchanging the complete combo needs to be present.
• Tags should be attached with the product.
• Any promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be exchanged.
• Only after receiving the product and quality check, the exchange will be initiated.
• Products bought during sale will be exchanged within the same sale period only.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 4 business days from the date of the order placement.

Stic'N Touch is a one-inch diameter circular sticker with an inbuilt NFC chip and a QR code. It serves as a digital business card that can be easily attached to the back of your mobile phone, wallet, or any other item.
Stic'N Touch utilizes both NFC (Near Field Communication) and QR code technology. By tapping or scanning the sticker with an NFC-enabled device or by scanning the QR code using a smartphone camera, users can access the digital business card information associated with the sticker.
For iPhone 7, iPhone 8 or iPhone X, you must use the NFC reader in their control center!

If their phone is on the compatible devices list and is still not reading Stic'N Touch, go to their phone settings and search for NFC. Make sure that "NFC" is turned on!
Anyone can have a Stic'N Touch on their phone, no matter what phone! So even if you don't have a phone on this list, you can still activate and use your Stic'N Touch!

When you purchase a Stic'N Touch, you will receive a welcome kit that includes a temporary ID and password for the NFC chip. You can use this information to access and customize the digital business card with your own details. Instructions will be provided in the welcome kit.
The Stic'N Touch is designed for semi-permanent attachment to a single item. While it can be removed, it may lose its adhesive properties after removal. We recommend using it on a preferred item or device.
PockeTee is a unique T-shirt that features creatively designed and hand-embroidered pockets. The T-shirt itself comes in two colors, black and white, serving as a canvas for the embroidered pockets.
The fabric used in PockeTee is a blend of cotton and a little bit of Lycra for added comfort and flexibility.
